Register at reception
We will give you a card (buyer number) in exchange for identification and a deposit
– a cash sum* or cheque made payable to Parisud Enchères which will be deducted if
you are a successful bidder or returned if you do not buy anything.
(*€200 for electrical goods, €500 for stock and €800 for vehicles)
No bids will be accepted without a card
Important period for the auction,
Exhibition allows you to evaluate the condition of a lot (by lot we mean an item presented for auction) and record the numbers of those which are of interest to you.
To buy, follow the auction in your catalogue and bid by raising your card.
Warning : All lots are sold as seen and no appeals will be accepted once bidding has closed
Bids are inclusive of VAT but a sales fee is added.
We advise you to take note of this so as to not pay too much.
You can pay by cheque, banker’s draft (minimum amount €800), bank transfer, bank card or cash (€3 000 for individuals and €800 for businesses)
In case of buyer non-payment the deposit will be held by PSE without further recourse.
You have three days to collect your purchases. After this period storage fees will be charged (€10 per item per day).
The majority of lots (vehicles, wholesale stock, electrical goods…) are sold with recoverable VAT included in case of export.
For export to countries outside the EU
Article 262, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Code Général des Impôts (General Tax Code)
covers delivery of goods exported or transported outside of the EU.
They are exempt from VAT when the buyer is not resident in France.
The lot must be exported within 30 days following the auction

Original notarized power of attorney

You must provide a guarantee cheque for the VAT amount and your EU number on the day of the auction in order to pay additional taxes.
The guarantee cheque will be returned to you on production of proof of export within a period of three months.

You must first register using the form (link). You can then enter the auction
and select lots that interest you. Then you can set up a basket and confirm
your order. The CIC payment page is totally secure. Once your payment has been
processed your will receive a confirmation email and a summary of your order.

Buying by purchase order :
Fill in a purchase order and give the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the lot.
Submit it along with a copy of your identity document and a deposit cheque.
Buying by telephone :
Parisud Enchères peut vous appeler pendant la vente lors du passage de vos lots.
Parisud Enchères can call you during the auction when your lots appear.
You will provide a copy of your identity document and deposit cheque prior to the auction.
